The Mid-Size SUV Cargo Area Security Drawer is a universal SUV cargo drawer that mounts in any vehicle with sufficient space. It was originally designed to replace the rear seat in a Jeep Wrangler TJ. Built from heavy-duty welded steel, it locks with the patented Pry-Guard II anti-twist pushbutton system and a 1/4 inch steel latch, which means real theft security, not just organization. The pushbutton latch stays closed without being locked, and the 10-tumbler double-bitted security key adds built-in weather seals. Heavy-duty ball-bearing slides carry up to 300 pounds evenly distributed and glide the drawer open for easy access. Weatherproof, fully welded construction and a durable powder coat finish handle the outdoors. Inside, you get 7,700 cubic inches (126 liters) of lockable storage, and if you need more room, the SUV cargo drawer with shelf offers a larger footprint. It mounts through the floor with the included Grade 8 hardware; drilling is required in some vehicles, and additional hardware may be needed. It secures tools, electronic equipment, EDC, and other valuables for weekend adventures, and it sits within Tuffy's full line of SUV cargo security storage.
